Now more than ever the presence of security in upscale retail stores is a welcoming site for customers. With the theft of merchandise on the uprise and the number of incidents happening in broad daylight in crowded stores, customers need to feel like they are protected while in a store.  First Team Security provides fit athletic type men and women who provide a strong professional friendly presence at the front door, giving possible shoplifters reason to pause before entering the store.  While we completely understand that our job is mainly to observe and report, we can protect against bodily harm if needed.  It is our training that equips us with the knowledge and skills that will allows us to act while limiting the liability of all parties involved.  It is always First Team Security’s goal to help your business make money and remain safe and secure while doing it.
