  • Devised a security and emergency exit strategy for the property staff and hotel guests

  • Maintained an overnight security team to secure the hotel, its customers, and all surrounding areas

  • Provided Daily Activity Reports (DAR) on all activity throughout the hotel

  • Conducted meetings with hotel management to solidify their expectations were being met

CIRCA LA APARTMENTS, DOWNTOWN LA, CA

  • Formulated and implemented the construction security plan of the 800 million development

  • Hand-picked, developed, and trained a 30-person team for a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week security detail

  • Collaborated with Lendlease Construction Company and camera vendors on the proper placement of camera and alarms
