WE TRAIN HARD IN ORDER TO INSURE READINESS AT ANY MOMENT
At First Team Security, we take training very seriously. We recognize that in order to stay ready we must have on going training. We conduct quarterly training sessions in order to keep our professional skills above the rest. We invite a policeman and a fireman to our training sessions to keep us up to date on the laws, safety and emergency procedures. We also invite a trained combat specialist to give us advanced technique training which allows us to gain control in most situations without ever throwing a punch.
We also require all First Team Security Hosts to obtain a California state issued training certificate (Guard Card) from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. The principals and guidelines of proper conduct are also covered in our training sessions. It is our commitment to learning and development that allows us to provide our customers with knowledgeable and motivated security staffing solutions. We also invite a trained combat specialist to give us advanced hand to hand combat technique training which allows us to gain quick control of situations and minimize liability.
